OrganisationThe Lega del Filo d'Oro has a jointed structure which has evolved along with the growth in quality and quantity of the services offered to meet the needs of the deafblind and the multisensory impaired people. Modern organisation standards, economic and financial management and quality control of the services offered guarantee efficiency and clarity. Collaboration with the Ce.R.G.A.S. of Bocconi University and with other Institutes has achieved this end. The process is still in development: the
Quality Certificate for the services in Osimo, Lesmo and Molfetta, in accordance with the ISO 9001:2000 standards, have been achieved. Our goal is to improve continuosly, so that families and clients can enjoy an ever more reliable and effective service.
Organigramme
The Lega del Filo d'Oro has total of 352 employees (as at december 31st 2007). 262 of them are employed in the education-rehabilitation and health sector. There are also other consultants and collaborators. The Chairman is Dr. Mario Trapanese. The General Secretary is Dr. Rossano Bartoli who is responsible for the management and co-ordination of all the operating units which make up the organisation.

The Secretary General is responsible for the management and administration on the basis of the strategies and directives from the Board of Administration and the General Assembly.
There are four work sectors:

Sector, the Diagnostic and Documentation Centre and Research
